Booking in advance is the only way to guarantee entry to the Winter Wonderland for the session you require. You can book in-store at Webbs, Wychbold or at webbs.co.uk. It is possible to buy tickets on the day but these are subject to availability.
GROUPS & PARTIES
Due to current Goverment restrictions groups can be no larger then 6 for any session.
ARRIVING ON THE DAY
Our elves will need to scan your booking barcode to allow you into the Winter Wonderland. Please ensure you are able to show a copy of your confirmation email on your smartphone or tablet. Alternatively bring a printed copy of your booking confirmation email, including the barcode. If you are unable to do either of these please bring your booking reference number to the Winter Wonderland at the time of your session.
Please arrive promptly to guarantee admission. Each session will start at the advertised session time - for example, the 10am session will enter the grotto at 10am and late arrivals will not be admitted once the session has started. In these circumstances Webbs will endeavour to move your booking to a later session, however this is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Your booking permits you and your group to enter the Winter Wonderland experience once.
ACCOMPANYING YOUNGER CHILDREN & BABES IN ARMS
Babes in arms (upto 18 months) accompanying older siblings are admitted free of charge but do not receive a gift. If you wish them to receive a gift the full admission price applies. Babes in arms are permitted on the VR sleigh ride when held by an accompanying adult.
Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times throughout the Winter Wonderland.
Adult tickets are £5 each.
PHOTOGRAPHY IN THE WINTER WONDERLAND
You can take your own photos and in the Webbs Winter Wonderland you will also have the chance to purchase professional photographs taken by our team. Which can then be viewed and purchased at the end of the experience. Wychbold Winter Wonderland will on only accept card/contactless payments.
In the Winter Wonderland at Webbs, Wychbold, children choose a present from the Toy Warehouse. There are lots of different gifts to choose from for boys and girls of all ages.
There is wheelchair access throughout the Winter Wonderland.
Please note this years’ experience has been altered to provide a safe and manageable environment for all of our customers and Webbs team members, whilst still enabling us to provide a fantastic experience. To ensure social distancing can take place, numbers are limited to provide a safe number of people in one area at one time. We can only fit a maximum of 6 people on our Virtual Reality Sleigh experience at once. To ensure a safe experience the ride and the Virtual Reality goggles will be fully sanitised between every group. The ride is cleaned thoroughly between each group using D-10 sanitiser. The Virtual Reality goggles are sterilised between each group using a state of the art 'Cleanbox' specifically designed for VR headsets/goggles. Please be aware that the Winter Wonderland will only be accepting card/contactless payments. Contactless limit £45. Apple/Android Pay limit £250.
Please remember to wear your face mask at all times. Children under 11 years old and those with health conditions who cannot put on, wear or remove a face covering are exempt.
WEBBS Winter Wonderland TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Children must always be accompanied by an adult at our events.
- In the event the Winter Wonderland or any specific sessions have to be cancelled all customers will receive a guaranteed refund. All customers will be notified as soon as possible prior to any cancellations.
- We have relaxed our ticket cancellation policy this year to give you confidence to book in these uncertain times. If you are unable to attend your booking for any reason, if we are given at least 24 hours’ notice then Webbs will change your booking where possible for the next available date or refund you in full. If you are unable to attend and we have under 24 hours’ notice we will change your booking where possible for the next available date or refund the value of your booking onto a gift card which you will be able to spend on anything in any of our stores. We must be notified in advance if you are unable to attend, we will be unable to process any refunds or offer any alternative sessions retrospectively.
- Processed refunds to your payment card can take up to 5 working days.
